Teachable never missed a campaign window
Teachable's marketing calendar doesn't move. Black Friday, summits and creator campaigns all land on fixed dates. From 2021 to 2024 we built every one of those pages, two weeks from kickoff to live, with our team on call through each event as it ran.

About Teachable
Teachable is a New York based EdTech platform creators use to build and sell online courses, coaching and memberships over 50,000+ creators reaching close to 30 million students by the time Hotmart acquired it in 2020.
Their marketing runs on a campaign calendar: Black Friday, seasonal Summits, and creator-facing brand campaigns like The Next Big Creator and the 9 to 5 Quitters Club. Each one needs its own site, live on a fixed date, carrying the offer for a concentrated window.

The challenge
Immovable Deadlines
Campaign work breaks most agencies, because what's being asked for isn't craft, it's craft on a date that cannot move. Black Friday doesn't slip. A summit doesn't wait for a build to finish.
Campaign Bottlenecks
Teachable's team was producing several campaigns a year, each with its own design, its own offer, and its own animation and interaction requirements. Building them in-house meant pulling engineers off product every quarter. Handing them to an agency meant re-briefing from scratch each time and hoping the date held.
Repeatable Delivery
They needed a build partner who could take a Figma file to a live, fully responsive, custom-animated page inside two weeks and do it again, the same way, several times a year, without the quality drifting. Then stay reachable while the campaign was actually running.
How we
approached it
Everything that shipped, grouped by discipline.
Made the turnaround repeatable
Two weeks from kickoff to live, on every one of the nine. Not a sprint we pulled off once the standing rate.
Built animation into the standard, not the exception
Custom scroll systems, sequenced parallax, linked scroll panels — on campaign pages, on a two-week clock.
Made the content schedule itself
CMS and scheduling built so content changed at set times as an event progressed, instead of someone publishing manually at 6am.
Stayed on the line while campaigns ran
On call through every event and summit — two to three days each shipping daily content changes as the program moved.
What we delivered
Everything that shipped, grouped by discipline.
Campaign builds
- Sitemap and URL structure
- Copywriting: homepage, product pages, library, comparison pages
- On-page SEO: titles, metas, heading structure, internal linking
- Page-by-page 301 redirect map from the custom-built site
Interaction & animation
- Scroll-driven tab system — content folds into pinned tabs on scroll, with controlled card count and stacking
- Sequenced parallax reveals — cards entering in order down the page
- Linked scroll panels — full-width background expansion, scrollable clickable text driving paired imagery
Platform & infrastructure
- CMS architecture with scheduled publishing, so content changed on a timetable during live events
- Performance optimization ahead of campaign traffic spikes
- CDN setup and management
- Analytics and event tracking per campaign
- Third-party API integrations

Live support
- On call across every event and summit — 2 to 3 days per event
- Daily content updates shipped mid-campaign as programmes progressed
The results
Live on the date, every time, no exceptions.
Conclusion
Three years, nine campaigns, three different campaign formats, and one delivery standard that never moved. On dates that can't slip, that isn't a modest result it's the entire brief.

As soon as we saw how thorough and detail-oriented Veer & his team were on our first project together, we immediately asked them to work together again on our next project.
